Special price arrangements have been made with several hotels in Rotterdam. In order to avoid disappointment, early booking is advised. Rooms are on request and availability basis only. Prices are in Euro (€), breakfast and V.A.T. are included, but city-tax (5,5%) is not included.

How to book a room

You can book a room in one of the hotels mentioned below via the on-line registration form or by filling in the registration form, which you find enclosed in this brochure. After receipt of your registration, we will send you a letter of confirmation and a fax-form on which you can confirm the booking by filling in your data and credit card details as a guarantee (hotel booking without credit card is not possible) and fax the form back to us. Only after receipt of this completed fax-form, your hotel booking will be definite. In case you want to make alterations in this definite hotel booking, we will charge your credit card for € 15,- administration costs per change.

Cancellation rules

For cancellations of hotel reservations before July 15, 2005 a cancellation fee of € 30,- will be charged. For cancellations received after that date, the fee for the first night has to be paid. For every received cancellation of the hotel reservation or even single nights received after August 15, 2005 the hotel is entitled to charge 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations have to be sent in writing to the congress secretariat.

The Westin Rotterdam (5 *****)

The Westin Rotterdam is situated in the financial business heart of the city. The hotel is directly opposite the Rotterdam Railway Station. It offers a covered sky bridge to the Concert and Congress Center “De Doelen”. It is also next to the Holland Casino and within walking distance of an extensive shopping centre and a lively entertainment district. Situated next to the Congress Center “De Doelen”. Single room: € 175,- double room: € 205,-. The prices are including breakfast and V.A.T. and excluding 5,5 % city tax.

Hilton Hotel Rotterdam (5 *****)

The Hilton Rotterdam is located in the heart of the main business, entertainment and shopping area and at walking distance from the Rotterdam Railway Station. Each room has interactive television, modem data ports, telephone, minibar and a comfortable sitting area. Situated at 5 minutes walking distance from the Congress Center “De Doelen”. Single room: € 145,- double room: € 165,-. The prices are including breakfast and V.A.T. and excluding 5,5 % city tax.

NH Atlanta Rotterdam (4****)

The NH Atlanta Rotterdam dates from the 1930’s en is located midtown Rotterdam. The business district (the hotel is just in front of the World Trade Center) as well as the shopping areas and the pubs are very close to the hotel. All rooms have direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, cable TV, (wireless) internet access, independent modem telephone line, mini bar, air conditioning (on request), hairdryer and rooms specially adapted for the disabled. The hotel is situated at 7 minutes walking distance from the Congress Center “De Doelen”. Single room: € 95,- Double room: € 110,-. The prices are including breakfast and V.A.T. and excluding 5,5 % city tax.
